Eating RAW takes away all my menstrual pain! Ladies, try it yourself and feel the difference!

Every time I decide to either do a fast or eat completely raw, I only go through about 2 days of minimal bleeding and absolutely no pain during my period.  It is amazing and it makes me realize how much our body is effected by our daily nutrition.  Try it out, a week before your period, don’t eat bread, meat, pasta, cheese, candy/chocolate, eggs, and only eat vegetables, fruits and LOTS of WATER!!  You should have the most pain free and light period of your life. Please comment and tell me your experience!  I hope this helps someone out there!
